Heavenly Dessert Contest

Is your dessert the talk of the town? People can’t get enough of your cake? The pudding or pie that you make is to die for? Then you need to enter the Inn at Wise Heavenly Dessert contest!  You prepare whatever you best dessert recipe is. The winner is guaranteed $150, the runner-up $100 and 3rd place $50    

All dessert entries must be delivered to the ballroom of the Inn at Wise between 5:30pm and 5:45pm, Friday, July 16th. NO DESSERT ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE OR AFTER THIS TIME. Desserts will be judged based on their appearance, texture, taste, and overall impression. There must be enough of your dessert turned in to provide at least 6 samples for the judges. The winner will be announced in The Big Glades, Saturday, July 17th at 4:30pm. **In case of rain, Awards may be moved into the ballroom of the Inn.

RULES:
  1. No store bought entries. Store bought = DQ
  2. Must provide at least 6 samples. More is always appreciated. LOL
  3. Entries will be judged on Appearance, Texture, Taste, & Overall Impression.
  4. You may turn in your entries on your own plate, bowl, or container, or you may ask us for a turn-in container which will be a 9"x9" styrofoam "to-go" box with lid.
  5. You will be given a ticket at turn in. That ticket number is your entry number. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR TICKET NUMBER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TURN IN AREA IN CASE YOU LOSE YOUR TICKET!! We have no way to identify your entry if you lose your ticket. No ticket no win. Please do not lose your ticket. 
  6. You must be present during awards to claim you prize.
